Scholarscape is an online tuition service, founded by Camilla Beecham. It offers a range of courses focussed on helping students achieve their personal best in their AQA English GCSEs.
What makes Scholarscape different?
A unique perspective
In addition to her teaching experience, our founder Camilla has been on examining boards for over ten years. This includes the AQA English GCSE - Camilla has personal insight into what the examiners are expecting to read. In this way Scholarscape can provide invaluable support for students in exam mastery.
A diverse offering
Every student learns differently, and what might work for one person may not for another. Scholarscape offers a range of courses that cater to different learning styles. A qualified, experienced tutor
Our tutors are qualified teachers and have many years of experience in teaching young people. Empathetic and highly personable, learn from a tutor that really understands the challenges faced when preparing for GCSE exams. All of Scholarscape's tutors are DBS checked.
Meet our founder
Camilla is an experienced teacher, with over 24 years' experience in a variety of settings, including state schools, prestigious private schools, and alternative provisions. With a BA, MA and PGCE in English Studies, she specialises in English tuition, but has also taken on leadership roles such as Head of Year, Pastoral Leader, and Deputy Head. Alongside her experience within schools, Camilla has experience as a private tutor and GCSE English examiner. As such, she has worked with many different students across a wide range of ages and abilities.
